Join us as a Behaviour Manager and help shape a positive and purposeful school environment.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring consistency in how behaviour is managed across the school – from supporting staff with challenges to celebrating pupil success. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on both individual pupils and the wider school community.
Your main duties will include:
- Leading on the day-to-day running of the school’s behaviour systems.
- Supporting and coaching staff in managing behaviour confidently and fairly.
- Overseeing detentions, exclusions and interventions for pupils needing additional support.
- Helping drive the rewards system and organising recognition events.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff to support engagement and belonging.
